Good Girl

I spent most of the week after I finished the main illustration doing studies, mostly human faces because I want to actually be able to draw people. I did get the urge to whip this up before the month ended though! I thought her face looked a little weird but I think that might just be because I don't think I've ever drawn a mouth so open before.

What would you like to see more here?

I'm interested in devoting more time to doing stuff for patreon/subscribers so I can be less reliant on commissions and devote more time to drawing things that interest me and maybe experimenting a little.

So I'd like to ask you all what kind of things convince you to subscribe to artists and what you'd like to see more of.

Winner of this month's illustration poll! This one was actually really tough. The lighting I wanted to use left the majority of the character in shadow which isn't something I'm really used to working with. I made six separate attempts at doing a rough colour/lighting pass, most of which were the same setup. I'm still not sure if I managed to make it work properly but maybe I'm just being fussy.

Anyway, full res of this and every other painting I did will be in this month's rewards fold...
