Shaded sketch/speedpaint thing done as a warmup.
Yes, I know I keep flip flopping on the terms I use for these. While the differences in the priorities and processes I use are fairly distinct for me, it probably doesn't mean a whole lot to most of you.
I made an effort to preserve the lines while rendering. That's probably the main reason I tend toward calling this a shaded sketch over a speedpaint. Regardless, I might open for some commissions in this style. I've been doing a lot...

So this was interesting. Scalies aren't really my forte and I don't usually draw that many, let alone in full detail. While I've got a process fully down for fur rendering I was winging it for this one. I hope I didn't go too overboard with the detail, I worry a little that I made her look too much like one of those puppets from that one 90s dinosaur sitcom.

Winner of the December Illustration Poll! Took a few liberties with her design, I think she came out rather nice. Interesting that she didn't have the "tear track" markings on her in the show, as they're probably the most distinctive feature on a cheetah. Maybe the confusion about her species between the series and the manga had something to do with it.
I considered doing a dominatrix theme to begin with since apparently she was one for a while in the canon but I was feeling more strong...

Collab with none other than Fluff-Kevlar! He did the original sketch and I rendered it out. This has been pretty long in the making, I'm glad I can finally show it off.
