There's also partial recordings of Deer Festival and Backstage, for those interested. Recorded them on a whim, so it's mostly just the rendering stages of both of them, but I did save out these wips along the way.

Winner of this month's Illustration Poll! I fell off of BNA pretty quickly, so I know very little about her.

I kinda messed up a bit with the timelapse. I've been using Blender 4.2 lately and the OBS setup I use for screen recording wasn't playing nice so there are chunks missing out of the 3D stage. I'll try and have it fixed for the next one. The 2D process is almost all there, aside from a little work at the end.

A lot of my personal art time has been focused on practicing with this style, like what I did with the last locker room scene.

So the illustration poll has been running for a while now, and looking back it's clear I've grown a lot as an artist. I've been wondering if it might be good to have a chance to revisit old winners.

Locker Room

Worked on this one a little more, cleaned it up a bit and added some more characters. This was something of an experiment, trying to use a simpler style and get the characters to fit in to a 3d background with minimal editing. I only made some minor adjustments in CSP on the background outside of Blender, tweaking colour/texture of the lines, adding character's shadows and some bloom/atmosphere to push some of the characters into the background. I'd like to do some more stuff like this going ...
