At first, Roch’s fight mode engaged, but he was very easily blocked by the high level bandit, who’s levels are unknown, but definitely beyond Roch’s level 23. Her buns easily subdued Roch until he just embraced and stops thrashing. This is exactly what he wanted.

Roch’s prediction was right, but didn’t think Sally still had ALL of her mommy energy from her pre-Atlyss days. This outright triggered a flight or fight mode in Roch. Instead, he froze with a red flush over his face.
