Author's Note: Tier Changes Coming In The New Year

A bit ago I posted about wanting to change how tiers work. Specifically, I want to remove the fact that there are story specific tiers. As I noted then, THIS WILL NOT CHANGE HOW YOUR CURRENT TIER WORKS. Come January 1st the current $5 tiers will be unpublished and a new $5 tier will take their place.
