Anna gulped, hardly able to believe what she was about to do. What other choice did she have, though? She didn't want to see what Kiki would do to her if she was upset, but she also couldn't betray Karissa, not after everything she'd done for her so far, how nice she'd been... And knowing that there could be worse consequences if she did, considering she had to live with the girl for the next few months.
