The question is not "can" a coral be people juiced... the question is "should". And the answer is yes! If humans have to suffer with the knowledge of existence, why should coral be free form that burden?! Spending their lives sessile in a happy colony, filtering nasty little bits out of ocean water and slowly digesting them while thinking absolutely zero thoughts. Mocking us.

I participated in this year's 24 Hour Comic Day, and completed this ten-page horror comic.
This is different from Hourly Comic Day, which is in February-- that's when you draw a comic about every hour you're awake (autobio), whereas 24 Hour Comic Day is when you draw one page of a comic for every hour of the day (usually fiction). Working on backgrounds is so peaceful; it's my favorite part of making the game, honestly. I love playing with composition and figuring out what kind of stuff different characters would populate rooms with!

New Years Art/Comic Dump!

I realize it's been a bit since I last checked in with y'all-- for Tony and I, the last couple months were equal parts "trying to take it easy" and "figuring out how to run a game studio", so time got away from us a little. Phew!! It's been a little while!
Apologies for my absence, I've been very hard at work finishing this book and have had absolutely no time for anything else. I've been working long days in the comics mines, usually between 12 and 15 hours each day. I'm currently on the final stage of inking and I've got the gray lung from all the eraser shavings I've inhaled.
In the midst of all that, I realize I never posted the pencil preview of the final story in the book! So here's that.
