TL;DR: 99% back to normal IRL, I'm not as busy as I was.

Anyway, sometimes I think about stuff I'd like to do in the long-term, even if I probably wont ever get around to doing them, like:
1. Remake all my models from scratch, including their face textures.
2. Probably switch to sculpting new models instead of box-modeling (though I don't think I WANT to go the detailed route, I kinda like having my characters look a bit simple.)

Tiny update

Whoops, forgot to mention the IRL stuff is 100% A-OK now, all good.
Mornings are still a little busier than they should be, but otherwise my schedule's mostly back to normal.

Anywho, I cleaned up the model download folder a bit and reorganized it; access the folder through your preferred method, it's the same everywhere. Still need to update some models on there, though.

Friendly reminder: you need to have an updated version of Blender to use my models. Seems like 80% of the is...

Minor update:

The IRL stuff I mentioned previously (I think I mentioned it somewhere, at least...? No biggie) is basically over with now.
What's left now is probably some more errands and chores I need to do to catch up with some stuff that was neglected, but that's not really much of a problem, outside of maybe making me tired enough to go to bed earlier than I'd usually do.

Stress down, tiredness up. Overall a positive result, IMO.

-Tweaked Dettna pretty good, mostly stuff involving her breasts and her fur texturing, plus that fake "linea nigra" effect her belly has.
-Redid a decent chunk of my screen filter to avoid any of that weird stripe-y aliasing that I don't know the name of, and tweaked some of the weaker effects to be more noticeable. Plus I think I got the colors and lighting to look a bit better, but it needs some testing.

Heh, feels like my childhood ADD/ADHD has been coming back the last few years, I've been really distracted, even disregarding all the IRL stuff going on.

Anyway, a checklist of stuff I need to get around to doing, in no particular order:
-More shape keys for Bixxti (plus maybe tweak her model a little more, IDK.)

Thinking

So, I know Ommni won the poll from before, but its whole gimmick is that it turns into lookalikes of other characters.
The problem with this is that I'm down to five characters (six if you include Tippi, only three actual Hybrids, though, Eila, Laela and Bixxti.)
Being down to so few characters kinda takes away from the gimmick, so I wonder, what should I do about that?

CYOA updated

Probably don't need to tell you guys, but I did manage to toss out an update before 2022. Haven't gotten around to spending the five minutes it'll take to model Ommni yet, but the CYOA update is done.
There's a reasonable amount of new content, though I figure I should've spent more time adding a little bit of everything, rather than add a few scenes and one (1) big one, but whatever.

Back

Went on a spur-of-the-moment family thing for, like, four days. Was fun, but I don't like being away that long.

Anyway, uh, I still want to get Ommni added before the end of the year, it's a bit silly I haven't done it yet, it takes less than a minute or two to make the character.
I still also want to get a proper update out for the text game if I can (cough cough, always looking for suggestions/ideas, cough.)

Dettna and Saedi got some minor shape tweaks, Saedi got a little bustier, too, mainly just to solve some unrelated issues with something else.

Computer mouse

Heh, my mouse was acting up a day or two ago, so I ordered a different one on Amazon, and now my mouse is behaving itself, less than 12 hours away from the new one getting here.

I'll probably still switch, this one's getting little minor issues here and there all the time.

EDIT: got a new mouse and keeping the old one, but... TBH, it's just "eh", I kinda wish I had shopped around a bit more, or spent a little more on a better one.

Okay, so I've got a few plot ideas for the end of the month.

How spooky should I go?
(Just a word of warning, the last option is definitely spooky, it's the second spookiest plot I've ever thought of, and it's a point of no return, so only pick it if you're sure you really want to be spooped.)

I don't know how much effort I'll put into it, but I actually finally threw some more words into the CYOA text game, then slapped the game update into the MEGA.

Nothing mindblowing or anything, just a couple bits of content here and there and adding in a line about freezing the timeline where it is.
As it always goes with the Patron copies of the game, it's solidly a beta and there's even a couple dead ends, so there's really no reason to rush and become a Patron just to try the upda...

3D first:
1. Tinkering with the screen shader again. I'm trying to gut out some of the little quirks with it, like the fake pixelation transitions making things "half-pixelated" and looking kinda funky.
2. More shape key tweaks to several characters, including improving Bixxti's belly shape keys and what they do to her "skirt"
3. Fooling around with clothing designs for Hytie, though I don't know how much I'll use them. Still nothing too fancy, though.

What to do with Saedi?

She's drunk as hell almost 24/7, is having a nasty existential crisis, is sleeping around with pretty much everyone (and not being picky at all, even to the point where she's totally okay with actual abuse), and really doesn't seem to be getting any better.

I'd say there's a 95% chance of my 3D work being mostly unaffected by the increased caretaker work I'll be doing.

Minor update

I wrote this big ol' post here, but the page glitched and I lost the whole thing. I'm like 70% sure it was Firefox's fault, not Patreon.

I'm back now, it was fun, but it started off poorly as I lost most of day 1 to a massive case of food poisoning.
