Just a little video guide with a review of snake arm technique and some practicing for you.

Just a video to address some questions about technique used for our basic Egyptian/knee driven shimmy.
Hope this helps to clarify some questions that you may have had and if it helps generate more questions just let me know :)
Remember that shimmies take time to develop. Be kind to yourself and remember not to put too much pressure on yourself. Being consistent is key :)

Hopefully this video will help for those who find they are struggling with their shoulders. It can also help with our desk/sitting posture and for those of use who let stress impact our neck/shoulders/jaw etc through tension.
