I've had some people confused about this, so I want to clarify: adopts get posted here and on the patreon area of the discord at the exact same time.
I queue the post up both here and on discord and then I hit send back to back. Adopts often go faster on the patron discord because people on discord get the benefit of a ping when I post them, as I can @ everyone in the patron role there!
