Artoria Pendragon won the December pin up poll and I got to say, her outfit may be appealing, but it is not fun in the slightest to draw.
This will probably be the last post I do until the New Year, besides a post saying what I have planned for next year and to reflect on this year. Christmas is only two days away when this goes out and for those who celebrate it, I wish you all a Merry Christmas. Anyone who doesn't, I wish you happy holidays and hope that you spent this holiday season...

Day 27 is angel and the only thing I kept coming back to for an idea was Mercy. She's like the first thing I think of when thinking about healing and angelic properties. And I decided to pair her "costume" as the only other viable option, Pharah. Like their ship name is "Pharmery," if that doesn't scream healing then idk what does.

Long story short... I dropped out of college due to my depression worsening and am home now. I've been looking for a counselor and am hopefully setting up an appointment on Monday. I want to thank everyone that has supported me through this troublesome time and everyone that will continue to do so. Things might slow down again as I try to work through this.

Sorry about yesterday, I had a great drawing coming together, then our area gets hit with a tornado warning, a few minutes later the power goes out and I don't realize because my room is lit by natural light. So after about 30 minutes of drawing, almost completing the sketch, my laptop shuts off, it ran out of battery and didn't feel like warning me. So I had to wait until the power came back on and by then it was almost 6 PM and I didn't feel like trying to redraw everything that was lost.

For a repeating pattern, drawing leaves is almost as tedious as drawing hands/feet. You not only have to be mindful of where they overlap, but in this case, where the outline of the character is.
I was trying something new with a front opening zipper. Every reference picture of Poison Ivy had her wearing either the outfit from Arkham Knight, Harley Quinn, or the classic Batman TV series from 4Kids. In order to get the front zipper to work I improvised a new bodysuit of leaves that opene...

Today's prompt might have been a stretch (Heh... pun). I was thinking what squeaks that could some way relate to Halloween. Well I ended up along with the idea that a bunny squeaks. Then went on to believe that well people dress up as bunny girls, and their suits are typically rubber, that squeaks. Maybe I over thought it, maybe I'm a genius... who knows.

I can't have been the only one who thought dressing up as a pirate for Halloween was silly. There's nothing really creative about being one, even the "Sexy Blackbeard" pirate costume you always see at Party City. They were always too expensive and only gave you like 2-3 pieces of the costume, "hat not included."
