Oh what have I found (New Male)

Finally someone uploaded a BJ Blazkowicz from Wolfenstein, Found a donor body and think he would be a suitable new male for the time being.

Not going to start it now as got way to much to do but least I finally got a head. 

Got a Chris Redfield mod which im going to do a head swap with and also give him a decent sized man junk but not a lengthy as Solider 76 as that was a bit to long (wasn't my model or rig).

This is also great as hes just come on the scene in the model world ...

On of the Patrons loved the banner image so much he wanted her to turn around and pose for the public to see.

So he commissioned the image and since it wasn't too taxing as it was 80% done.

New Banner!

Banner is up and firing on all cylinders, this concludes this weekends developments for Firebox and will move onto another problem at the start of next weekend :D.

This was documented for the $5 guys in the How its made lite. 

Website will be a big one but thankfully I've got a guy who is going to do that for me as long as I give him content.

I hope the new banner is more pleasing to the eye anyways, you may need to refresh your browser to see it or delete your history/...

Do miss playing with Lara she does such wonderful renders, never seem to get her hair right but I think that's hitting uncanny valley and its polygon hair which is designed for games and not proper visual effects.

Doesn't matter as she was the first model from firebox and still the best in my opinion, but im biased as hell xD

Need your opinion (New Character)

Okay we have a ton of ladies and lovely they are, but the old Soldier 76 model ive been using needs to be updated with a more detailed body.

Before you light the torches and get the pitchforks im talking about having a better POV guy and a general straight sex porn actor, ladies will be the focus but she still needs a decent size D to get off.  

So.....Put the MALE character from a game into the comments below and depending on availability he may be picked/put into a poll.

Mini update, We have half audio!

Got half the audio from Zero Diamonds and I got to say she has done a wonderful job and really sets the scene. 

What I got both girls to do is 3 lots of audio:

Mercy voice

D.Va voice

Insertion noises

What i'm going to do is play around and see whats best fitting for the scene before I release, Still waiting on Naomi to send me hers but she said today, So with any luck it will release tomorrow if shes not delayed.

Managed to nurse the CPU by spinning the fans up and kept it soldiering on. 

Now literally waiting on sound from the girls Zero Diamonds and Naomi Fox. 

Zero said either tomorrow or Friday but haven't heard anything off Naomi yet so might just release just Zeros version when i get it. 

Very happy with it and hope you are too, its a looping 15 second and will do different versions with and without sound and a Pornhub link.

Strike of the crap AMD CPU!

 Okay so put the comp on render today and went to work, came back to find the CPU did its usual song and dance and crashed....at frame 4. 

The dilemma I have now is that all the new processors are coming out like next month and the prices will drop on all current gear, but it might be a case of how much do i want to potentially loose $300-$500 as its a pretty much full build apart from GPU's, power and case. 

I've baby sat it tonight whilst rendering and current frame 18 a...

UNLIMITED POOOOWEEEER!!!

Just done a rough calculation and on a pretty decent scale render (2000 samples and 1920x1080) the rendering will take under a day........under 24 hours..... that blows my god damn mind.

Firstly I got to say thank you and I mean that and also proves that the system is working, YOU magnificent contributing people have made that 24 hour render time possible not anyone else YOU have. 

So a high five and a butt slap from me.

Right so this means im waiting on the ladies unless anyt...

On First Pass Render

Okay so from what i can see with my current set up has come to an end so what I do is a 30% render with a hell of a lot less samples (more samples = more rendering time but less quality) to see if I have missed anything.

This is usually the stage when I see it in the morning and go DUUUUUH how the hell did you miss that you tit!

Final adjustments then the full render shall take place, now will also be the first real run through with the new GFX cards so im hoping its not as much of a cho...

Final Tweaks + Audio

Flying through now, none lighting preview render has been done and sent off to Naomi Fox & Zero Diamonds the voice artists to do there incredible work.

Costing me a pretty penny to use them but its worth it.

Final adjustments to the tentacles taking place then low quality full lighting render. 

then once last corrections taken full render and hopefully audio will be done and can be released to the $15 guys first.

Hoping to help you understand.

Just a quick one, had some messages private and public with people being worried about the last post and recent events. 

Firebox is very fluid in direction and will not and will never focus solely on one area as theirs many people that enjoy many things. 

The polls and recent characters are predominantly for commissions which are bought and paid for by yourself. 

All the GIFs coming up are there ideas and not Firebox's.

Future Creature Poll? Yay or Nay

Had an idea, Since tentacles seem to be the main source of people coming to this page (might be presuming but i've seen the stats).

I'm thinking of running a monster poll soon and this could be anything from Minotaur, Alien Xenomorph's, Resident Evil Lickers, Centaurs or even the Plantpot monster from Super Mario.

This is because I get a lot of requests for this stuff so business hat on here, there is demand!

The one thing I will say that it wont be rape based, though its monsters ...

PC all clean, par from one mistake + Winner update

Works better and doesn't crash as much BUT forgot to make a backup of the bloody addons folder for blender -.-".

annoyingly has the most bloody used addons I need for my work, time to hunt round and download them again, the main one the download links arnt working (legit ill have you know) which is silly annoying. 

Can still animate but certain processes will be slowed down until i get that sorted, hopefully over next few days.

PC HDD Wipe

Been long over due and got a few days off work so Im going to wipe my main hard drive as its been about 2 years since last done. 

Along with the Cpu fails theres a new problem in the neighborhood, widows explorer crashes! happens about 3-4 times I got one the pc and lasts about 30 seconds, don't sound like a long time but oh man every day it grinds my gears. 

Back up done now just got to wait for windows 10 to download to the usb and will wipe tomorrow morning if all goes well....

Lack of Structure no more!

Failing to plan is planning to fail, as I work in the evenings due to normal 9-5 job i'm lacking in real structure to my workload. 

This also will help you guys know what to expect over the next month as its more of a routine and also have better understanding of the work involved, this is pretty much every day affair. 

So what you guys think does this help you understand whats going on?
