The Prusik knot is one of the coolest knots in bondage. It is the key to a number of rapid-capture ties (like tie-them-up-in-30-seconds type ties). Despite that, it is not well known.

Hi all, I just posted a an update to this tutorial! I updated the pictures and added a video.
Even if a person can't do more than put their wrists behind their back, you can still do a wickedly effective and *hawt* elbow tie! This tie is extremely difficult to escape from (when properly applied) and puts your partner nicely on display.

Not everyone has the flexibility of being able to put their arms in a box behind their back or even put wrists together behind their back. In fact it's quite common for someone to be able to only really put their arms a little bit behind the middle line of their body. So how can we tie someone who doesn't have that flexibility?
