Opinions Needed for Before Starting Rub-Rub Roulette

I know I made a post asking for people to vote on the next TF for the Rub-Rub Roulette, but after a couple of comments, or rather lack of comments, I'd really like it if people would say if they'd rather the TFs be random or voted on before I start. Good News and Somewhat-Bad News
