Comms (Late Feb-Early Mar '25)

Was gonna wait until I had a full piece of art before posting these, but figured it'd be best to give y'all something since there's two of 'em.

Mai Shiranui

Been having lots of fun doing art without lines. It's honestly much more of a vibe than I'd have expected, tho it can get pretty messy when I do clothing in different layers like this, specially with overlapping limbs/torso. Gonna continue working and experimenting with this style, tho dunno if it'll become my main thing.

Also? Bonus birb. It's called a Hoatzin

Morgan Gamer

Morgan might be constantly suffering at her job, but all of it is worth it for the sake of games! Look at that absolute laser focus!

This is also why she's constantly sleep-deprived. Any free time she has from work is spent on games and then she passes out for the entirety of the weekend for not sleeping during the week for the sake of getting gaming hours in.

We have Yor as our Monthly Poll winner, just in time for Valentine's! I hope y'all like the aesthetic~

Lucy Kushinada

Saw Raranana draw in this dark shadows crosshatching style and decided to give it a go myself. I didn't have a character in mind when I started, but I ended up drawing Lucy from Edgerunners and I think the result is pretty fun!

Nerissa Ravencroft (+Comm Update)

I don't like Nerissa's new look as much as the original one... But it felt like the right vibe for this drawing for some reason.

Also the comm got shadow'd only now because the commissioner only belatedly changed their mind to "upgrade" from just flat colors

Ai Hayasaka + Last January 2025 Comm

I tried experimenting with this Monthly Poll winner art, kinda mimicking D3Damage's style for painting/drawing. I am honestly not satisfied with the result, but I don't think it is bad either. Definitely room for improvement.

Along with that we have the final comm that I got this month, of a demon lady called Tamaka doing some mighty lifts.

January 2025 Comms Pt 1

So, this was mentioned on the Discord, but earlier this month I had my wisdom teeth removed and not only did it put me out of service for a week, but also left a massive hole in my wallet. So now that I've mostly recovered I've been doing comms to make the cash back. There's still one more comm down the pipeline, which I SHOULD be finishing soon, and after that comes this month's Poll Winner: Ai Hayasaka from Kaguya-sama Love Is War

Mavuika Takes Off Her Jacket

I LOOOOOOOOOOOVE Mavuika, as a character, in her design and in her gameplay. I've had this idea for a drawing since Natlan first came out about half a year ago, but I've put off actually doing it until now cause I knew it'd take WAY longer than my usual stuff and I was being lazy.

Still, I hope this was worth the wait for my short holiday break to end.

Boa Hancock New Year's

This is probably the last piece of the year, the holidays are going to be very busy for me and I won't really have time to do more. Not to mention I've got people staying over and that makes this kind of stuff not viable to do (I refuse to explain to anyone IRL that I draw this.

Morgan: Reindeer (+ Sketch Comm)

For this year's holiday art: Morgan doing some part-time work for Santa. Dragging his sleigh and letting the actual reindeers rest. Santa is using magic to let her fly, but she's doing all the pulling~ Pretty good workout for her, even if she hates it

This was a weird, but fun comm to do. Hope y'all like it. The X-Ray thing is not something I am likely to do again unless comm'd about it, but it was pretty interesting, if difficult.

Maya Comm (CoD: Black Ops 6)

Not much to say here. It was a fun comm to do. The logo was kinda difficult to do tho. Lettering is not my forte. The flaming skull was mostly just working through vibes tho

Not much to say here, I think the image says all I need to express about this one. Morgan has been pretty fun to draw so I'll likely keep that up for a bit.

I've been pulled into yet another gacha game! Dangit! Anyway, here's Faust! Not my favorite girl from Limbus Company, but one that's real great.

Morgan Shades: New OC

Been a while since I've drawn an OC of mine... So here we have a new one! The cousin of Euphoria Fey: Morgan Shades, Certified Girlfailure. She's my spirit animal. I'll talk more about her as I do more art of her.

For this month's Poll Winner... Albedo from Overlord! Wanted to try something a bit different for this one. More curves and bottom heaviness than pure muscle focus

Alright! I think that with this I've gotten Metaphor out of my artistic system (tho who knows maybe I'll draw Rella... No never mind wings are a pain) with Catherina Grann the Bounty Hunter!

Hey! More Metaphor cause hey! I may have stopped playing, but my brain hasn't stopped thinking about it. I love this game. Anyway... Here we have Eiselin Burchelli Meijal Hulkenberg! Your party tank and... Right! You can't romance people in Metaphor, still very weird, but I would have romanced the fairy anyway so meh!

Alright! I am back with this month's poll winner! Sorry for vanishing, but the big comm + the 6 full drawings in a week-ish REALLY burned me out. Then I spent all of last week playing Metaphor ReFantazio so much I ruined my sleep schedule TWICE (Finished the game tho, next piece will be of one of the girls from it) and then this week was me trying to find the inspiration/motivation to do some art again. Hopefully all goes well and I continue artsing like normal from now on without a wince...
