Thankfully, the list of bugs goes down every time, so hopefully, this is the last Alpha for this build.

New Character: Your Old Boss

In Episode 6 of Hazelnut Latte, there is a scene where you call your old boss to talk about your situation in Jade City. Because of that scene, we also drew a sprite for the boss and added him to Episode 4.

He has two small scenes and is a lovable guy.

Ep 6 New Lewd Scene - Vera's Latte

In Episode 6, players have the chance to unlock a repeating lewd scene with Vera where you can go under the counter and acquire her nut milk straight from the source.

Once you unlock this, you can play this scene if Vera is working at Estros that day.

9/29/24 Progress Report

Howdy everyone!

I did some writing!

A little over 2k words, so the new total word count is 113,664! Episode 6 is huge, but the extra word count goes into repeatable scenes and small conversations that can be accessed in other episodes.

On the art side, Kokman drew many things the other day—a new background and four lewd scenes! Now that we have a dedicated animator, Kokman doesn't need to draw eight frames for us to simulate animation.

9/26/24 Progress Report

Heya gang! Another progress report on Hazelnut Latte!

I wrote a good amount today—4k+ words, bringing the new total word count to 111,621!

Kokman is working hard on drawing new scenes, and our animator is working on two animations.

Noba has been working on tracking the player's success in running the cafe, which is a big task, but he's doing fantastic work!

Hey gang! We added two new CGs to Hazelnut Latte to highlight key moments in Episode 3!

The first is when you see Vera on the phone outside Cafe Estros before you officially meet her. The second is when you encounter Mr. Noto after talking to Jeze in Ep 3.

Progress Report 9/18/24

Hey everyone!

We are integrating the map into Episode 6, and it's already so fun to play! 

We'll have red stars indicating important events, but that doesn't mean you must go there immediately. There is a whole city to explore!

Most of Episode 6 has sprites; we are just connecting everything to the map and trying to break it along the way.

While we are developing Episode 6 and the free-roaming system that comes with it, we have added some NPCs! As you may have heard, Tay and Maki will be baristas working at Boba Palace and Frappy Star respectively. But what happens if you go there on their days off?
