The Sparrow and more

Hi folks! I'll try to keep this brief, but I have a few updates.

First, the Sparrow! I know it's been a while since my last page dump. I got caught up in the Kickstarter, the extra content, and catching up with some other projects. I am pleased to say I've got Book 2 outlined and I'm almost done scripting the first issue. Book 2 will be five 24-page issues and I still hope to begin drawing by the end of the month. ISP issues, content may be delayed

My ISP is having issues with a near-1Gbps download speed but a near-0 upload speed. Seriously, my last speed test came clocked in at 950 Mbps down and 0.14 Mbps up which is wild.

Anyway, I cannot upload reliably right now. My ISP says they're aware of it and hope to have it fixed by tonight. But I've had plenty of times where they've made such a claim and it ended up taking days so...who knows.

I'll keep you all posted and worst case scenario, I have a batch of uploads to provide ...

IMPORTANT - Patreon Sales Tax Update

You may or may not have seen that Patreon rolled out an update where they will be charging sales tax to certain patrons based on where they live.  I will read over everything soon but my first impression is this should have minimal to no impact for you.

New PC and Stuff

Hey everyone! It's me. Again. Do I post too much here? I don't know.

For better or worse, I have a new PC. My old one was 7-8 years old, with a couple parts cannibalized from the computer before that, so yeah, the whole thing was pretty ancient by PC standards. I was hoping to ride that one out til at least the summer. And if my income and patron support remained fairly steady by then, I was planning to look into a new one.

Settling in

I've spent most of the week training at my new job. I think things are more settled now. I'm going to work back into posting here this week. I might be a little bit slower than I plan but I'll get into full swing within another couple weeks.

New job!

Hey, everyone! I just got a new job working weekends at a local comic book shop. Of course, this means a lot of non-weekend work as I do training. My posts will be a little slow until I get settled into my new schedule.

The job is part time, so after training I'll only be working a couple days a week. That will give me plenty of time to continue working on my illustration and comics career, which means more art for you all to see!
