I was in slump of pole dance after my shoulder injury, I didn't feel progress and felt so irritating when I touch pole.

main reason was I quickly achieved advanced level so didn't feel challenging in the class and I was bored. also I gained 8kg while taking break from pole dance so my body felt so heavy ...
