Finally back out side

Hi guys. We are finally back outside at the dog park. The weather has been super cold, and I have been super sick. Today is it in the low 50s and it is sunny. We're finally back out to the park with a lot of other dogs today. I hope you checked out my new YouTube videos recently. I will be having more coming once I'm completely better. Update on what's been going on since the fire.

I am going live on Instagram for a while. In about ten minutes to give you guys an update. I will be working on another video in the next few days to put on Patreon, youtube, or both. Please bear with me. Soon after the fire, I also got sick. I guess my body got run down from all of the stress, and non stop running I was doing. I am feeling better, but not 100% yet. Slowly rebuilding

We are slowly rebuilding from the house fire. We moved to another house. I did put a video up on youtube, but I will be putting another one up about how much we have rebuilt. Maybe on  youtube. Since we lost just about everything, we have been blessed with people donating things to us to help us. It is all greatly appreciated. I want to just say thank you to everyone who has reached out to us.

As you may already know, my house caught fire around 3 pm on Monday afternoon. We lost everything. I posted the video on You tube, and some links in the description box of the news articles, more photos etc. 

We are still looking for a prem place to live at this time.

The last few days

Hi guys! 

I plan on trying to have another video up in the next few days. 

I haven't been feeling well for a few days. I think it's due to the lack of sleep and stressful things going on right now. I wanted to have a live chat on here some evening soon. Also I wanted to get another flex video and one dealing somehow with nutrition or health. 

I may also be going live on Instagram or youtube soon. The weather is getting cold here, so they may be indoors.

Another visit to Springton Manor Farm

I really love going here to visit the animals. They have so much love and affection to give, and want to receive. They are so sweet and ready to give love. Today I had the pleasure of petting Oreo (a cow). 

I just stopped and cried for a bit, knowing that people still want to kill these innocent animals for eating, People are still stealing their babies from them, and withholding that was clearly meant for the baby cows, and not us humans.

This time, I got to pet the baby pigs, a donkey, a goat, and a cow!

I love going to see the animals. They are so sweet. Wait till you see

them. They are so sweet and affectionate!

My Morning Drink/With Oatmeal

Hi guys!

Some have been asking me for this video. Well here it is :-) I normally don't put the oatmeal in the drink, but I wanted to try it today. If  you try this recipe, You can put whatever you want in it. I normally add Papaya, but I didn't have any cut up this morning. I sometimes put in blueberries, or carrots, or spinach as well. It's whatever you want.

I was really shocked to see the calorie content in it. It would be over 100 calories less if I left out the oatmeal. Still t...
