Hey guys, wanted to let you know, I got some feed back on the Fan Book. I always take feedback seriously, so I'll be updating the fanbook style a touch, hope you will enjoy it. 

Medical News: I am walking better thanks to Chiro, but I'm still having terrible pain when I bend. The pain spikes, and can cause terrible pain spasms to go down my leg. It's a long process but there is light at the end of the tunnel. 

Short update, but I hope to continue doing what I love
