Long story short: My computer had some drastic issues and decided to hate me for whatever reason. The registry corrupted for reasons unknown, the configuration was bad and lead to start up errors. I had the 'artistic freedom' of what a Phase Pilot would look like underneath the plating. Not that bad for a first try- I am glad he is happy with the results!

Messing around with the interpretation of what was wanted by the commissioner. A "holo projection" of bits and parts, it isn't what was wanted but I have a better idea what to do now. Learning though!
