PROGRESS REPORT! 5/9/2021
So this week I've completed the brand new Super Saiyan 4 Transformation which will be used a crossed the board for characters that go Super Saiyan 4. I am very pleased with it and will be releasing testing builds for the appropriate patron tiers. No other mods will be made until this pack is completed finally.
