I love these droopy bois. My friend had a rescued Corso who was very shy and weird, he'd been thru a lot. I loved his big doofy face! They are kind of unrecognizable without the signature cropped ears, but I made a decision when I started this dog breed journey I'd keep all the breeds au naturale. ;)

I just wanted to apologize for the lack of art this week, I’ve been having a rough one. My cat Goop is back at the hospital for the 3rd time, he couldn’t get up this morning. I’ve been up all night syringe feeding him 1ml of food every 30 minutes just to make sure he could keep some food down. (He won’t eat or drink on his own 😭) Hopefully now the vets can help him get more fluids and recover, but I’m not sure how he’s doing quite yet. It’s very similar to...

Ahh yes, one of my favorite dog breeds!
Many moons ago, I was on a hike with my dog Huey, on a day where we were just about the only ones in the park. Or so I thought! Turning a corner we were met with a shrill scream as an innocent passerby shouted out, "OH MY GOD!" She screeched, then took a breath. "oh!! Now I've met many-a' Bernese during my time on Earth, and they're a lovely dog indeed. I mean, they have eyebrows, so I have no choice but to stan.
We only had one at my dog job tho, Hank, and he had HORRIBLE anxiety. He'd just lay in one corner of the yard all day until it was time to go. Regardless of having no fun, he was a regular and was there every single day since the place had opened, and was always excited to come.

Awooo! :3 This week's breed is the Alaskan Malamute! Now, they don't all come as fluffy as I've depicted here, but some do....So I had no choice but to draw the fluffiest among them. It's the Tunny way.
Also, I'm just about to head out and get my 2nd Covid shot!! So depending on how it effects me, I'm not sure I'll be able to draw in the next coming days. :< But I promise I'll be back as soon as I can, and will also invincible against any disease! That's how vaccines work, right?

I've always been curious about animal's dreams, especially highly sentient ones who never get to live full lives. Do caged circus elephants dream of tall grass they've never touched?

Aaaaa I have a real big soft spot for Akitas!! The doggy daycare I used to work at had a partnership with an Akita rescue and we'd foster them. My friend/coworker fell in love with one we fostered there and adopted her!! The last time I drew an Akita was for her memorial portrait... I miss her so much. :( We never knew her as a puppy, so of course I drew a puppy Akira the Akita for the breed guide!! Lil polar bear :')
