They’re just growin’ and growin! This diet is working.. I’m trying to not take as many pics every day so I can see more difference but I really am feelin the gains!

For those Curious; 5000 calories is my daily minimum. All of July I drank Gainer Shakes and hopefully I can continue through the rest of the year this way.

Gainer Shake VIP Teasers

Gainer Shake Update

I decided as 600ml of cream wasn’t enough per day to add some Whole Milk and Gainer Powder to my diet and boy I think it’s working! I’ve been drinking these for 7 days straight now and I feel like I’m seeing results. Will continue for the whole of August and see what happens!
