T23 HVSS Test Report
The T23 is one of the tanks that I'm heavily interested in, so a couple years ago I contacted the national archives and had them convert this report to a PDF for me. If I remember correctly it's around 85 cents per page, so when ordering some of the bigger reports costs can add up.
