Working on making a new set of rollers

I'm not sure if I can make a set of rollers from scratch, but I went to a fabrication convention last week. Before I left I went to the florid capitol building where I have a friend in security and X-rayed a pair of rollers. Did not do much good (the brass and iron look the same) but it was fun.

So I was in chiefland florida, at a steak restaurant that's been open since 1927. It's Saint Patrick's Day so what type of entertainment do they have? An Elvis impersonator. Did I record some of the music? Of course I did. I don't suspect it's going to end up on a video but who knows?

The king is alive and he's in chiefland at the Putnam Lodge.

In any event it was still live music.

It's that time. My daughter is auditioning on Trombone for colleges. Off to Athens for tomorrow's audition. Sorry the posts have been light lately, but lots of family stuff. Just two more weekends of this, but I'm going to have fun while I can.

Egg Cream Meetup or Crawl in NYC
