For the next two weeks I'm going to be driving to my father's place to build a better workstation for myself. When I come back I want to start learning more with being able to get away with more.
By next year I should be able to completely revamp my work flow, speed, quality and less stress.

With Lulu finished, we have already established 2 years ago that Poppy was next in line. But, I'm not gonna dive in to GYYO3 just yet. I am going to be upgrading my workstation and learn more about rigging, rendering, simulations, etc when I upgrade. I'm thinking I'll take about a month to just learn more.
But, before I do any of that, I want to give a little something something. So, be on the look out for that.

Main issue is making sure the simulations don't break and freak out, which will be a bit difficult to make sure it's flawless. But it's chugging along.

We now have voices for GYYO2 peeps. Progress will start back up in full force. Now we just need to lip sync, export, set up the scenes, animate the camera, light the scene properly, set up simulations, set up materials, render the scenes, edit the clips, add audio and export.
Also have some other things coming your way soon that I was working on in the down time.

I am now getting voices and sounds so I can animate the lip sync. There's still many step left in this project, but it's getting there as fast as I can.

It's sitting at 24,750 frames at the moment and the Hugify spell has worn off. But, Lulu still needs her 'potion'. Other than that, nothing much else to report on.

But, without going into too much detail, the animation is sitting at 23,300. Which is 3 minutes and 50 seconds left of animation. It is getting quite close. But, remember, this only the animation part of things. There are still many more things to do to get this to its full glory.

GYYO2 is officially at 20,000 frames. Only 8,800 frames left.
For those that might not be aware, this is only the animation part. Once this is done I'll still need to get VA clips and animate the lip sync, set up the scene with new environment and lighting, set up the simulations, animate the camera, render the scenes, edit the clips, create and sync the audio, edit post and then it will be completed. But don't scream, these tasks won't take near as long as the animation process.

2020-05-30 06:07:05 +0000 UTC View PostPast couple weeks I've juggling actual life stuff and projects. Nothing bad, just juggling. Been working on getting back to a clockwork schedule and I got back on it, not sure how long it'll last, but I'm on it.
GYYOA is at the 18,300 mark, which converts to about 13 minutes animated. Which means there's 10, 500 frames left, which converts to about 7 minutes left to animate. I don't want to give out the personal deadline I've set to get this thing finished, but, expect it this year.

Alright, we have 9 minutes left of animation and for this segment we are gonna do a little bit of what everyone's been wanting. We are in HUGIFY mode. I'll be only animating 4 minutes for this part, then we'll have the guy go back to normal...maybe.
Last time I rendered out a big WIP of the animation, but was told that it was too much of a spoiler, so, I'm just going to give a small snippet of where we're leaving off and we'll go from there.
