Splash: The Next Generation

"Splash" was a film from the 1980's about a man named Alan and his romance with a mermaid named Madison.  Madison was, by all accounts, human when she was dry and on land but, in the sea, changed into a mermaid.  These pics speculate what a sequel might look like where Alan and Madison have a daughter, Lafayette, and her discovery that she has half-mermaid powers.

Hey Folks,

First, thank you for all the supportive comments you've been leaving me.  I've read everyone and I appreciate all of your generosity and kindness.   I'm sorry to say I'm still in the thick of depression.  Usually, I shake it off and get better each day but this one's been hovering over me.  I'm having difficulty eating and I often have to force me to eat something.  It's been kind of nightmarish.

Depression

Hi,

The past few months have not been good but January has been the worst.  I'll be catching up on everybody's drawings over the next month or so. My apologies but I've been fighting depression.  I will produce more art, including posting an all-new sequence next week.  It's just been bad and I hope the weekend will help me sort things out.
