40 - Love (Lines) (Yugioh TG)

Hey everyone, apologies for the delay this was meant to be part of last month's comic set but a combination of the shading delays and illness made me just a little too slow to make it in time.

Anyway here it is, there will be more than 2 comics this month as an apology.

Content Updates

Well with the Fairy Tail comic complete (I hope everyone enjoyed it) I was hoping the rest of the work would be ready but After sending bulk orders to my shading partners I didn't consider that it would take longer to get everything back.

Salamander Duel (Shades) (Fairy Tail TG)

The idea is one I had years ago when first reading Fairy Tail. Bora and his slaving operation seemed so kinky to me and a few pieces of art where Lucy wound up enslaved I saw really locked this idea down.

Of course the focus here is instead Natsu. The twist is maybe more 'realistic'. Shouldn't Bora have a plan for the man who's name and reputation he's stealing? Surely he wouldn't be caught off guard by Natsu's fire immunity?

Auction Houses have some inherent fetish value as this place where, once you're there, you're just property... I thought about placing this in another country but Fiore is big enough it can have a secret market.

Obviously Lucy isn't FT if the story went down like this but Bora seems the type to lie about it for a sale.

Hey everyone, I keep teasing these and not posting so glad to get this one out there.

Another of the XMas gifts I received from flashkill455 last year. This time based on the American Values comic. Another reimagining of the design rather than a straight fanart I would say this design blows the original out of the American waters. 

Storywise it was a bit difficult to come up with anything so its a bit throwaway to be honest but I mostly just wanted to share this fantastic art...

Every now and then I try to experiment with sound effects. Its not really my forte and so apologies if they ever take you out of it. I'd love to hire a professional texter to redo everything so far, get some nicer bubbles and sound effects but for now I feel budget is better used on more content rather than my own perfectionism.

Page 2 as is common for me has the proper tg but don't worry, plenty of fun left to be had in this comic. The fire looks vastly superior in the shaded version. ...

Year of the Rabbit 5: Goku (Shades)

I actually had another rabbit scheduled for today but realized it would be better saved for a bit later so I swapped to Goku. Not a ton to share here, the idea is pretty basic as DBZ ideas tend to be. I really like the shoes in this one.

Yu-Kiko (Shades) (Persona 4 TG)

I'll admit its been a while since I played this game so apologies if I have left out some major Persona plot point.

Not a lot to say here other than I really liked Princess Yukiko and that combined with really wanting to do something with the fact Yu and Yukiko are similar names...

There's probably tg potential with some other bosses, Rise's comes to mind. But its whole um, Satellite face I worry might be too weird for most.

Either way I'm actually currently halfway through ...

Year of the Bunny 4: Red (Shades)

I probably should have done a rabbit themed Pokemon but this was one of the last ones on the list so I thought some 'non-rabbits' would be good.

A friend of mine suggested Red be a silent-protag through this which I thought was funny. Maybe not the sexiest response but I hope the narrator helps balance it out. In all honesty I didn't have a ton of ideas here so that helped kind of realize some sort of actual story.

Release Style Thoughts

Hey everyone, just thought I'd post a little discussion.

As my current strategy dictates I make 4 guaranteed content posts a month.

A sequence and a comic on the 1st-3rd, another sequence on the 15th, and then the second comic on the 21st. I think the amount of content is comparable to other accounts my size but I worry that there's too much downtime in between posts that might make it feel like less.

Dark Chocolate (Shades) (Batman Twinning TG)

This is a fun idea I had way back when I originally played Batman Arkham origins. Candy is a minor character in the game, doesn't do much but flaunt... But damn does she flaunt it. Very attractive design imo and something I really wanted to use.

The trigger here isn't super 'logical' but felt it didn't really have to be. For those who didn't play it should not be a huge deal since there's no references or anything besides the design, everything else I basically made up to fit the story....

Next Months Schedule

Alright Finally feel more like I'm back in the swing of things after the holiday mess. Can't promise things will always be at the exact dates they should but most major delays should be avoided at this stage.

Next month will have a Batman comic as its been a bit since we've done a superhero comic. As well as a Persona comic. In addition there will be another 2 'year of bunny' sequences and possibly some other goodies as well. 

Its a bit early to pin down but for March I want ...
