Disguise 103 (Shades) (MHA TG)

The penultimate chapter of Disguise 101. I thought having 2 targets rather than 1 would help make this a bit different from the first 2. Not much else to say since this is already the 3rd entry in a pretty straightforward series. The backgrounds really go wild here since I wasn't sure what to have as there was a lot more empty space than previous chapters.

If I am 100% honest I'm a bit glad to be near the end as I have many other MHA ideas that I've been holding back as I finish this up...

Riddle Me This! Page 4

This page is maybe the most confusing and was hard to decide on. The idea is that its a rapid-fire montage of sorts of Riddler answering nonsense questions and a series of Batman's 'punishments'. I chose not to have actual questions to void cluttering the page but I worry it came at a cost of some clarity of the idea. I've definitely learned a lot about longer comics like this.

Bonus Comic: Frosty (Colors)

Hey everyone! Another Bonus Comic this week. Like most bonus comics this was planned to be a main comic. While I don't think there's anything fundamentally wrong with it; once it was complete I realized the transformation itself was a bit dull. Overall besides becoming female nothing really changed, visually, about Scorpion besides color.  

Despite that it was a pain to color to this point. The transparency on the ice, the individual chain links, the skin colors were even an issue....

Riddle Me This! Page 3

In my original draft the 3rd panel just said 'flashback to Riddler studying Harley Quinn' somehow that wound up as 'Riddler reads print out of the HQ wiki.' Explaining bat-lingerie took an incredible amount of time. There were a lot of sketches of just random batsuits before I realized 'sexy women's underwear' got the point across better.

Next Month on the 63rd Rule!

Hey everyone, a pretty good month overall. We've almost hit $300, another step closer to a self-sustaining Patreon! 

Next month is gonna be a pretty big one for the 63rd rule. In addition to the 2 usual comics (The first will be based on Zelda, the second is still up in the air) There will also be a bonus comic plus the Patreon's first 8-page comic. In addition there will be 2 new support tiers for the big spenders.

With business its a good idea not put your entire worth into the company in case you need a fall back plan. But be doubly sure, if you ever create a high tech super business, not to literally merge your body with company property.

I just love forcing superheroes into the submissive roles to rather normal people. Tony's villains aren't great for tg anyway. Just a bunch of boring dudes in various powered suits. If it wasn't obvious on page 1 I was going for a joke with 'I am Ironman'...

When it Comes to Shading, What's Your Preference

When it comes to shading styles what do you tend to find more attractive? 

-A soft, blended shadow style, This is the style almost every post I've made uses. Fenek is another artist who uses this. Its generally the more 'realistic' shading.

Munch-Munch Mistress (Lines) (One Piece TG Fusion)

This one's a bit older, lost a poll and then kept being unsure of a good spot to place it. Well this is that spot I suppose. This one is a bit high-concept compared to other things I've done using in-universe powers and systems to explain it all. Basically Wapol can fuse people using his power (done comedically in the manga but more 'seriously' here) and then I added some nonsense where Luffy's character traits wind up making the fusion permanent.

The weird laugh is a fusion of both cha...

Next Month Update

Hey everyone, hope all is well and hope the month's content was to your liking. As always I'm open to hearing any ideas you may have in the comments or privately. 

Next month is all on track. I have one comic based on One Piece with a semi-twinning theme. And the the other will be based on Iron Man. In addition there will probably be a bonus comic based on an obscure beat em up game. Was originally gonna post that this month but wound up behind schedule.
