EASY PINEAPPLE WITH PRAWNS

300 grams of fresh prawns

1 fresh pineapple (tinned pineapple is ok)

1 cup of pineapple juice

1/2 onion

6 cloves of garlic

DRAGON FRUIT SMOOTHIE

This is an absolutely delicious smoothie with all-natural ingredients. The fruit is cut into pieces the first day and placed in the freezer and the next day I make the smoothie. Yea I did change my clothes and just a little bit is shown while changing my clothes from another video.

The Ingredients:

1 Large Dragon Fruit

2 Bananas

1 Fresh Pineapple

1 cup of Coconut Milk.

MANGO ICE CREAM

All natural ice cream you can make at home, ever tried making your own ice cream? This mango ice cream is just so delicious and refreshing sure tastes the difference between a bought processed ice cream and the real thing.

Here are the real basic ingredients:

I used:

3 large Mango,

1/2 cup of sugar (real sweet mango not required)

1 cup of Cream

1 lime or lemon,

1/2 tsp salt. (optional)

Pina Colada

INGREDIENTS

1 cup fresh pineapple juice

1 cup coconut milk

3 scoops of vanilla ice cream

1 tsp vanilla

I dipped the glass into coconut milk and then sugar.

p.s. add white rum for a cocktail drink

Butter Chicken

INGREDIENTS

600 grams 2 pieces of breast chicken

1 cup of plain yogurt

1 cup of coconut cream

400 grams crushed tomatoes

1 onion

6 cloves of garlic

¼ cup of ginger

1 tbsp garam masala

1 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder

2 tbsp paprika

1 tbsp red chili powder

- Use cold eggs so they will whip well
