Vacation notice

I think it's a Puwa character? I didn't ask the commissioner but I think 'goopy dude' is fine enough for a title. So with this one you might notice I'm now using vector lines for my animations. Testing it out and seeing if people like that, I can add a lot more inbetweens easily.
