I hate writing blurbs.

It takes me two hours to craft something like this, and I'm still not 100% satisfied with it.

Child of Chaos Blurb

Before you read this there are a few things to note

1) It is a work in progress

2) I DON'T want to immediately give away what Amethyst and Destry are hunting (no sense in pigeonholing the story yet).

3) I was inspired by some recent blurbs (notably Arena) which speak directly to the reader. Because this story is dark and complex, I have to pitch it in a way that gets someone curious.

Life and Death Cover Concept

So an artist many of you may be familiar with is doing the artwork for this cover. I'll unveil it here first, but the plan is to release the book WITH audio in October (narrated by Andrea Parsneau).

I'm a bit nervous -- it really is a book I want to write, but I'm worried about execution. Then again, I've made it this far, and will continue to improve my craft, so I believe I can do it. It'll be serious, unlike the Cultivation novel.

So I'll be restructuring the Patreon this month and next. Each level, aside from the very first, will get some sort of merch with that level.  This will be in the form of exclusive buttons and other things.

Weekly update - May 2nd!

So all is coming along writing wise. I wrote nearly 120k words in April, so we'll see what May brings.

CBG 7 is at the editor now. Expect it to be released on May 16th.

Monster Hunt 3 will be out by June 1st, I swear, and I've yet to decide to write more in that series. That said, if the readers (you) want it, review it, and let me know, dang it! Since it completes some Tritania/Proxima Galaxy storylines in a way, I'll probably continue it. But we'll see.

2nd week of April updates!

1) Got the cover for We Could Be Heroes 2 from my artist. It will be great! I've been posting it on the facebook page, but I'll post it here as well.

2) I plan to post Cherry Blossom Girls 7 chapters 7-13+ this week. I have to have it to the editor on May 1st , so Alpha readers will receive it around April 24, editor on May 1st, Betas on May 8-9th, released on May 16th.
