The Kuroi Akuma Maru streaks through upper atmosphere of Gleann Nimhe.  Eric shifts uncomfortably in the pilot's chair that is usually occupied by Dmitri. His comrade's ability to link directly to the ship's sensors  with his remarkable cybernetic eyes made him the better pilot by far.

Eric waited six days (as agreed before Dmitri set off on his solo mission) for his partner to turn up at their planned rendezvous point before leaving to search for him. That was two weeks ago. ...

I've been expanding on my little story with Dmitri & Eric and doing some experimenting with creating animations. This is the first time I've ever attempted an animation with a character speaking. After fiddling with the animation in Daz for the past 8 days or so, testing a new automated uploader for the 120 frames needed for a 4 second video at 30fps, 13-1/2 hours of rendering on a rendering farm service, more fiddling and spot renders to smooth out the speech more - I finally had my fini...
