Hello everyone and welcome to this bi-weekly update!
So, on the 29th of January, I had the dumbest idea ever: make a whole game before Valentine's Day as a special gift for you!
For obvious reasons, that failed. BUTT! And this is a big, thicc dragon butt, Draconic Date is going actually pretty well! Script is done, images are being drawn and audio being recorded as we speak (more info on the discord).
At first I thought of making this mini-VN in the MWA dialogue engine...

Bi-weekly update #1, 2022 edition
Anyone surprised that the first weekly update of the year is on tuesday and not on monday? No? Alright, moving on then.
So this month Tz is working on the very first lewd scene of MWA2 (still looking for a better name btw, suggestions are welcome). Is it a CG? Yes. Is it an animated CG? YES IT IS! You can see the storyboard and some rendered characters up top. Do you remember who that is? You all know her well.

As the end of the year approaches, we reflect on it and how awesome it was. It sure had its up and downs, but mostly it was ups.
We launched MWA on steam, itch and nutaku (still can't believe it) and to this day over 8000 people have played it! We're almost a New York Times bestseller!
We added conversations in 1.1, which was a biiiig chunk of work and code, and we launched 1.2 with translations.

Currently testing a new pipeline for the animations for MWA2 with the artists. The end results are good so far, and we're excited to show you the first monstergirls in the coming weeks!
