Hey Y'all!

I haven't released a Blender scene this month yet, and I have good reason for that.  I'm finishing up a 1b/1ba apartment build right now.  It's actually pretty spacious and has a laundry room off of the kitchen.  There's an island and a place for a small dining area if you want one.

Maia Grant - Sim Download

Hey y'all, meet Maia!  Feel free to change her name, aspirations, + whatever as you wish.  

She's only dressed in Everyday.  In every other outfit category she's naked with only her hair, makeup, and lashes.

I'm not too sure if I'll continue to release sims, but if you'd like me to try leave a comment to let me know!
