13/13 rewards done- AHHH I think I may have what they call BURN OUT.
I am very tired BUT now it's time to make the next adopt! Last adopt unfortunately did not sell well, not too sure why?
THUS- we keep moving, hoping the Bratz aesthetic will preform better! Next adopt will be a Chinese crested dog adopt! I've always seen the more um... not too pretty versions of the breed, but they have some really cute variations!
I'll tell you what, this gotta be the most i've struggled with using my sewing machine! Lots and lots of stoping, readjusting, and repeating it over and OVERR

YAY! made the foam base for the jackalope premade! Not to pretty huh? This stage is always so hard to get through, starting from no shape & going back and forth to make sure its symmetrical is soooo annoying to me AH
next step is making a tape pattern and adding minky! I think the first part of the fur i'm going to work with is the ears, I have a feeling they will take longer than i think to sew
BUT now ill take a break and work on 1-2 more rewards!!!

Made a little demonstration on how I shade and highlight my artwork!
It's a pretty simple method, I found switching to erasing away the "highlighted" areas allowed me to visualize my light source much easier! Everyone has there own drawing process, I hope by sharing this it can inspire you to ry something new!
