Mothman.... woman

I'm gonna do it, I'm gonna design more monster girls!

It took me awhile to figure out how to include the classic mothman silhouette in the design but I fucking did it!

She uses her big reflective false eyes to draw attention in the dark, then peek-a-boos her real hypnotic eyes once your looking.

Redacted actually has moth monster eyes too, the beauty of being cobbled together with monster parts.

Now with Agnus

Agnus has always been one of my most difficult to draw characters, it's actually really nice to work out some of the issues.

There was room on the raft for only one of them, blunt bangs or big ass eyebrows... I made my choice. The middle part and the roots showing is more metalhead coded anyway. Kinda gives her more of a bishonen look too, which adds a lot I think.

Something New

I have decided to really go back to basics and try to streamline and reinvent how I do my characters. I want to have fun drawing them again and I think alot of that will come with simplifying and designing with shapes over grounded anatomy. Plus with any luck I'll be able to work faster and be less stressed about every detail.

It's also a great opportunity to redesign these characters with each other in mind, making them more contrasting.

Meet Heather, the Horrible Evil Fuck Rat

I've been going by Heather privately for a bit now as I've been exploring myself more. I've changed so much over the last couple months and I think it's time I let that be reflected in my work.

UPDATE (taking it easy for a few days)

For those you you who aren't in the discord server and don't already know, last night I went to the ER after having some kind of neurological episode. 

We still don't have a clear answer as to what exactly happened but regardless I think I might need to take it easy for the next few days until I can think straight again.

My heads still a little jumbled right now, but I'm doing okay.
