Update on tiers

Well based on the title, I will make a lil changes to my tiers. The price will be the same except for the $50 tiers which will change to just $20 tier.

The benefits will be changed so I hope its ok. The changes will be:

$1-support role with an access to my early post (no changes)

$5- normal art request each month (no changes)

$10-2panel comic art request each month (changed)
