Sequential Sketch update 2021JUN16

Some updates, its a little slow this week because I have an appointment with treatments again. I am thinking about putting up new polls for next month's sequential sketch as well as additional polls for a stand alone pin-up that will include none-betaman characters, like Bowsette, Griveous-Tan and Clara. 

2021JUN15 Sequential Sketch Update

Working on 3rd re-drawings, mainly on the second half starting with page 15. Start to wrap up on some of the earlier drawings in the sequences. I will put up a new poll soon. 

2021JUN12 Sequential Sketches update

I struggle to decide if I should ink and color these sketches. Technically, because they were done in such low resolution (1900 x 1500) I still considered them sketches, but frankly inking take about as long. At this rate this isn't something I can finish in a month, so I might need to scale back in terms of how ambitious I wanted to be with the sequential sketches. I still have the comic it self to work on.

Betaman Comic WIP update 2021JUN07

I had some rehabilitation appointments today, but I had some change to work on Betaman comic proper. Working on the first draft rough draft of pages 48-52 after the storyboard. Re-ink page 47. I finally found a really comfortable setup to draw, its unbelievable how much of a difference a ergonomic setup makes when it comes to the entire drawing experience and I think its possible to work on it a bit longer while I am sitting down and a bit faster too.

A light day, I worked on the second drafts and some 3rd drafts of page 4-9, and a bit of teaser for page 16.

Betaman Comic Update 2021JUN05

Starting some work on the main comic itself in earnest. Story board for 5 pages between 49 - 53, and finally settle in with a setup that is pretty comfortable to draw. Although it took a while to get into the rhythm of things, because I become pretty tired after doing rehabilitation routines in the morning. Did some inking on some of the old pages, will get them ready for simple coloring and to make everything more consistent. 

2021 Sketch WIP JUNE 03

Finishing the layout of the sequential sketches, starting on a second draw over of the sketches now. 

I finally able to sit without a wheelchair last couple of days, although I have gotten used to its height, its very difficult to move around with it in my room. It took a while to finally settle on a comfortable position to draw today so I didn't make much progress on the comic itself. 

The plan is to work on additional storyboards for the Betaman comic next. 

June 2021 Sketch WIP 2021JUNE02

A screenshot of June 2021 sequential sketch pack. I wrote down a brief description of each image on the page and then start working on a rough draft of those images. This time I am putting them down all at once, so they might be faster this time. 

Generally I was able to refine how I work on something like this as I do more of them. 

I am considering including characters that were more from the fandom like Grievous -Tan  or Bosette, for example, or lewd sketches of ...

Betaman comic Page 48 WIP

Work in progress of Betaman comic page 48, I have adopted the dimension of the sequential sketches, because I have this weird obsession about keeping everything uniformed. Although I probably should have make working resolution of the actual comic itself a bit higher so I can release the raw image later.

I am working on a character profile that will provide some additional explanation to who these characters are.

Betaman Comic

The Betaman comic is a web comic I am working on about a sad sap ugly bastard and his harem of magical girls because of his magical reproductive body fluid.
