if you can buy it at Express Delivery Target then you can get it at this shell. Works the same as the other two shells!
This overrides that big ass building by the Basketball courts in Myshuno to be a Target but it doesn't work as a functional shopping building when it is a world object. YOU MUST PLACE THIS SOMEWHERE IF YOU WANT TO ACTUALLY USE IT.
