Working with a new model this weekend in some moody clown portraits. Should be interesting. I’m also planning on uploading some of the vampire set I did for moonlights magazine’s February issue. Then early February I have another bodyscape set planned, and another session with batwings.

Starting off the year slow, but hoping to get some more shoots in.

/2023 - Projects

So, what have I been up to. Its quiet in here. I have been thinking about what I want to accomplish this year. I started the new year off with a new Graphic Design job, which is something i have been working toward achieving over the last few years, and I was finally able to check that off my list.

I want to be able to post at least two new sets a month. Coming off of the holiday break, I have been doing family stuff, trying to settle into the new job and get over being sick from last year. So I'm hoping to be able to shoot some beautiful emotive portraits each month.

I have two main projects I want to create this year. Along with shooting more content for Moonlight Magazine, they have lent their hand in helping with a larger project I have been wanting to shoot. I wanted to create this dark set of images with several models coming out of the dirt, being pulled up out of the ground by a rope with a figure at the end of it. I plan on shooting it at night once it starts to warm up. I am currently scouting locations. This is a project I have had on my mind for awhile, and I am looking forward to seeing it come to life.

The second project is going to a bit expensive. I'm saving up currently, but I might need to create a kick starter to raise $2k in order to purchase the props for it. Its going to be a Joan of Arc themed beauty shoot. I have the model picked out, but need to put together a team to bring this idea to light. I might end up creating a series out of it eventually once I have everything I need. Your support of my work here will help fund this project, so thanks you.

These are two of my main goals this year that I hope to create. I also would like to find a female vocalist to work with on more music projects.

I am also working on a 2D hand drawn platform video game on the side, but I'm not sure I will share that here. Its in the early stages, and I feel like even though its my art, it might not fit in with the rest of my content here.

I have 3 shoots planned so far at the end of January and beginning of Febuary , and more to come.

Anyway, I just wanted to update everyone.

This was just an experiment with some new video equipment. I finally had the time to sit down and edit it. Most of the shots didn't work the way i wanted them to, so i salvaged most of the ones that seemed to work and put them together with some effects to create the video.

Video is something i am still learning. these little projects help get me closer to shooting and actual horror short one day.
