Year In Review: 2023

Happy New Year, everyone!

This year wasn't the most productive in terms of my online artwork, as I've been very focused on college and other things as of late. However, I feel that I've learned and improved at least a bit, so that's good at least!

Needed practice with the more hyper-focused bottom-heavy type, and a close friend had a character he'd wanted done for a long time, so I decided to give him a design.

Winter Weight

Dan's gained a bit of padding in the winter, although he would much prefer otherwise. Despite his best efforts, his workouts seem to be of little effect...

But hey, a little extra squish never killed anyone?

Also, trying out a new shading technique! More akin to how I use charcoal in the studies I've been doing recently for my classes. Let me know your thoughts.
