Comic collection APR 12, 2020 - FEB 4, 2021

ok so it seems that a lot of these comics will be lost to the internet archives if i dont in some way make them available again. it seems that you can't access them if you haven't previously pledged to the old 7$ teir.

so this zip contains all my comics back from April 12th 2020 onwards for the INSANE price of 1$!!!

i uploaded the separate comics from part 1 since it seems they are too big to be lumped together

you might have seen most of these but here is the last two months sketches.

im getting ready to move in to a new house (kinda), I've been helping build it for a few months now but its starting to shape up. its small with only 2 rooms but its a pretty exciting change and it will be a welcome dose of privacy, great for this line of work.

I think its time I retire the monthly comic's

I wont be charging for the upcoming month to give everyone time to switch their pledges

tldr: gonna stop posting comics on patreon and move them to gumroad (or something similar)

It might already be kind of clear that I'm struggling with his patreon model, I've canceled pledges multiple months in a row and I never felt like I found my flow/groove with the platform.

3d city experiment

well this was almost 3 days of work on the one panel. cant say im too happy with the results but it was worth trying i guess. in future ill just draw these scenes out.

hey guys! wondering where the daily pictures are gone? well they are all in this comic. i was gonna just rush out a page of this for today but i figure its not worth rushing when i can just show some WIP's. im working on a raven (teen titans) comic since she is the winner of the last poll. and its shaping up very good. 

so far I've sketched out roughly 5 pages and im in the process of cleaning them up. after that i have more planned with another Tamaranean titan

quantity over quality

hey guys, been working hard to try get one picture out every day. gonna try keep this up for as long as i can (50 days maybe) 

i have noticed my perfection-ism is keeping me burnt out a lot so i'm trying to curb that, by posting what ever i can do in a day. no matter if i'm unhappy with it. 

im pushing this attitude onto my comics too, just started working on this months comic...

hey guys i'm a little disappointed to say i'm still in a bit of a rut when it comes to making comics. I've been doing a lot of art studies instead ill keep you guys up to date when the next comic is coming and i promise you wont even be charged if i'm not able to deliver

PAUSING PAYMENT FOR UPCOMING MONTNH

ther wont be any upcoming charge for this month since i'm not at a good spot with comic progress, I feel it would be unfair to charge for what i got so far. 

i will keep you guys up to date with posts once i got more to share.

RAVEN IS WINNING... BUT IM DRAWING RYUKO?!!!

it looked like ryuko was certianly gonna win. so started working on her comic almost immediately after posting the pole but raven made a surprise come back. 

ill definitely respect the love for raven and make sure she gets some art and be sure to include her in more polls until she gets a comic but for to save time im gonna stick with what i already got for ryuko

well I'm about to start a new comic in place of the avatar comic and id like to see which of these characters will be gain the most interest here. I've wanted to draw these comics for a while but just never got around to it 

ill be pretty down to draw some more of any characters from these shows so if you would like to suggests a different character instead of what i listed, drop them in the comments

JANUARY 2021 SKETCH FOLDER

crazy month. i did a lot of non-fooly stuff and I'm surprised there was still a decent amount of work for this zip.

i got through a lot of character designs and just spent a lot of my sketching time working on bodies and faces. staying further away from feet than is normal for me

KITTEN, COMIC UPDATE

ok im feeling a lot more confident about this one now, as i mentioned the last time i wanted Avery to appear more foreboding, show off her scale. i think it really payed off here. this looks a lot nicer than what i was originally working with 

i am now working on some edits to the previous pages in order to keep them in line with this new direction

well I was asked about this for forever so I guess I have to acknowledge it again.  thanks to Scootz for writing the dialogue for this when I was too un-motivated and lazy to do so myself.

from where I picked this up i only had 4 panels done the last 3 i somewhat hastily put together recently. I started work on the 5th page and ill get some more pages of this up in this month.

I've decided to re draw the eight page, through working on this comic I've noticed something that i had been ignoring and that is a sense of scale in the illustrations, id like to re-draw them all but it i also want to get something out and not spend forever on this.

avery-comic-wise i got one more page to complete then ill have another 4 more to share. id be optimistic and say tomorrow but knowing myself it will likely be up in the early morning of the 31's .

and for the scrapped avatar comic, that might not get much of a face lift (literally i need to fix the faces) it depends on how much time i get for it. but i got 3 pages ready to go regardless 

one more thing. the Christmas story was updated and i added one more illustration as well...

Gift Exchange: Christmas comic

this was a bit of an experiment, i asked for some writing help and got a huge response. i want to thank everyone who reached out to help with this and i do plan on doing more stories like this and to work with as many writers as i can.

super last minuet as usual but its here for Christmas day at least. i still need to complete the final image and ill update that once its out, as well as my Avery comic that's coming in 3 or 4 more days i want to get out an old "avatar the last airbender"...

Kitten comic - Pages 1 - 4

here are the first 4 pages of my new comic, its a continuation from the last Avery comic, following Avery's two bullies after some weeks spent shrunk with Avery

still feels like im testing these comics, its hard to create anything on this scale that i have much confidence in, i think i might actually be onto something with droping only 4 pages at a time of these larger scale comics, its a lot easier to work on them at a slower pace than to make it all consuming. then i can divide my tim...

NOVEMBER COMIC UPDATE

very sorry to underwhelm with this offering, i am still finalizing the first 8 pages of this comic. tomorrow i will be able to post the first 4 pages and then the next four might take me until Tuesday or Wednesday of next month.

PREVIEW: November holloween comic

since i never got around to drawing all the characters i wanted to draw for Halloween im now rectifying that in a comic for the 1$ patrons this month.

since the "KITTEN" comic i plan on posting later this month is still in a early stage hopefully seeing this comic early should tie any new adopters of the 7$ teir until then.
