As some of you already know, a few months back I had translated the first part of A Promise Best Left Unkept into Japanese. It was only the first 100k words (since hiring a translator is not a cheap endeavor). It was to test the market and see if I could potentially make a profit by selling my games on Japanese websites.

It seems that by trying to prepare people in advance, I might have confused a few in the process. There will be a release this month. It's next month (July) that won't have one. Alternative cover for Aya's route… maybe?

I thought it would be a good idea to have an alternative cover for Aya's route (since it's going to be its own game, kinda), but I'm not sure about the result. The illustration is beautiful, of course, but I don't know if it portrays the themes of the game well. The thing is, I can't really afford to have any of my artists work on another cover at this moment. I'm not even sure if what I had planned as a bonus for Aya's path will be feasible.
