Worked on it some more, it was a WIP after all =) I tried to slip in a bit of an abstract composition, and I know her hair isn't that long but it was a good way to enhance it!
The veil is now more opaque, it's sometimes hard for artists to let go of a face but it's more interesting now, I think'

A year ago my father was diagnosed with cancer, a treatable sort, some of you might remember even though I was more vague then.
After seemingly getting better these past few months my his condition has worsened suddenly and unexpectedly, he is hospitalized and we don't know yet what to expect. This redefines my status quo a bit as I have to take care of stuff to help at my parents' place.
I need to keep working and I will migrate my setup to where I can achieve that. I ...

The last month was full of grit and grime and I enjoyed it very much, this month will be closer to the standard fair but I will definitely be attempting to work on atmosphere and “world building” more in general, as it should ideally apply to my Great War Wives stuff.
