Recovery

My mother was released from the hospital a couple days ago.  Her health currently compared to before the operation is like day an night, and compared to her heath before she needed to be hospitalized is almost just as much of a day/night comparison. She's back to how she was, mentally, before her first operation last year to remove a tumor that was chewing on her left knee.  We are all very excited and relieved.

Hospital v3

Hey everyone.  It's been a couple days since I last updated and I need to report on what's been up.  After the first night the doctors have been dosing my Mother with steroids to reduce the swelling inside her skull and she has been doing better and better.  She's been more responsive and can hold conversations. I got to talk with my father and the doctors today. Seems there was a mild miscommunication earlier.  My mother had woken up this morning and was cognitive though only would give one or two word responses and was still displeased about being in the hospital (So she knew where she was too). They had to give her a small dosage to calm her so they could get clean CT and MRI scans.  The scans had happened by the time I had shown up and she was resting well. Yesterday evening my mother was rushed to the Emergency Room.  Her and my Father were getting ready to pack up to head south for work when she fell over and showed signs of a seizure or stroke before my father quickly got an ambulance dispatched to them.  I had gotten a text from him shortly I had gotten off from work and rushed across town to the hospital.
