I finally managed to reach a doctor to start therapy and try to fix my mental health issues. I don't wanna go too deep into it, i'm at the very beginning and I've been feeling really inert for this whole week. I dunno if it's a side-effect of the meds I'm taking or it's just a breakout before it starts getting better. it feels like a massive artblock but almost on the physical level - I don't feel like doing anything right now. and I should probably dec...
