Ice Cold Pond - Sensual

I FROZE today! My toes were completely purple when I got out of the water. Swimming nude in almost winter is not something I’d recommend but apparantly it’s healthy for your blood flow? Oh well!

Hey everyone,

As you all noticed I have not posted this month. This is due to very serious mental health problems. I have been seriously struggling with depression, suicidal thoughts, selfharm and dissociating.

Most days I cannot find the strength to even get out of bed due to traumatic experiences. I will not get into detail about my personal situation but I am willing to tell you it includes rape and (emotional) abuse.

My mom told me that 'back in her day' she used to  be as skinny as me. It's kind of weird to think how our bodies evolve and grow and never stop changing! Did you know nose hairs keep growing for a couple of days after you die? We are filled with so many organisms and I couldn't be more thankful they keep me alive! Skinny or not, I'm healthy. That's what matters most and what I hope for you all too!

I come from Lokeren, it's a small town inbetween Antwerp and Ghent. Coming to a big city excited me, but it also brought some hardships into my life. And during covid, it's mostly lonely! Let’s hope covid get’s over with soon…
