Kingswood Chapter Length Feedback

Hello lovely patrons. As my readers, who better to ask for feedback on my writing. Book 1 of the Kingswood saga had chapters that averaged 8,500 words. For Book 2, this increased to 9,500 with a couple creeping just over 10,000.

I'm working through bBook 3 and so far chapters are coming out around 11,000 words, with one that just hit 12,000 and onbviously I'm concerned about this increase and how it affects the reading experience.
